What are Ziroo toothbrushes made of?
Every Ziroo toothbrush has a sustainable bamboo handle and 100% natural bristles — no nylon, no synthetics. The handle is biodegradable and the packaging is a plastic-free paper box. The brush is completely free of BPA, PFAS and phthalates.
How is a bamboo toothbrush different from a plastic one?
A conventional plastic toothbrush is made from petroleum-based plastic with nylon bristles, sheds microplastics with every use, and takes over 400 years to break down. Ziroo's bamboo handle and natural bristles are fully biodegradable and release zero microplastics.
How often should I replace my toothbrush?
Dentists generally recommend replacing your toothbrush every 3 months. The Ziroo Pack of 4 covers one person for a full year, and the Pack of 8 covers two people for a full year.
Are Ziroo toothbrushes gentle on sensitive gums?
Yes. Natural bristles are softer on gums and enamel than synthetic nylon bristles, while still cleaning teeth thoroughly.
Does Ziroo deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Ziroo currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only, and shipping is free on every order. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation.
What payment methods does Ziroo accept?
Ziroo accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online card payment.
What is Ziroo's return policy?
Because our toothbrushes are personal-care, health items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Does Ziroo ship outside the UAE?
Not yet — Ziroo currently ships within the UAE only, with plans to expand to more countries.
