Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our team works to pack and hand over your order to our delivery partner as quickly as possible.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders across the UAE.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your carrier name and tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online card payment. For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready for the courier on delivery.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number at checkout so our courier can reach you and avoid delays.
